Common Issues
App won't open or crashes on startup
Make sure you're running the latest version of StageBook from the App Store or Google Play. Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Your data is synced to the cloud and will not be lost.
Songs or setlists aren't syncing
Check your internet connection. StageBook requires an active connection to sync changes. Pull down on any list screen to trigger a manual refresh. If changes made by a bandmate aren't appearing, ask them to verify their changes were saved while online.
Invitation isn't working
Email invitations expire after a set time. If your invite link doesn't open the app, ask the band owner to send a new invitation. Invitation codes are case-sensitive — make sure you typed it exactly. Confirm the band hasn't reached its member limit under the current plan.
AI import produced incorrect results
AI import works best with clear, high-contrast images and well-formatted text. Try re-importing with a higher quality photo or cleaner source material. You can always edit the generated ChordPro output manually in the song editor.
Subscription or billing issues
StageBook subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for your subscription, visit your device's app store settings. StageBook does not process payments directly.
